Demo Day!
I was like a proud mom watching my students present their final projects. They displayed so much persistence and determination while learning frontend web development over the past 8 weeks.
Not only did they learn the basics of coding but also design and usability,the business side to web development, and how to use one of the most well known content management systems while conquering their fear of public speaking at the same time.
I am beyond proud and thankful that the folks over at the Yoodle agency, UMKC, FEC and Kansas Works allowed me the opportunity to teach.
